We own 2 building lots in Biltmore, on which we will be building homes in the 2300-2700+ square foot size range.  They will typically feature 4 bed/3 bath layouts, with 3 car garages, but we are open to your wants and needs on a custom build here.  The lots have mature trees and a little bit of a buffer zone in back, so they will offer more seperation from the future rear neighbors.  These are nice lots, in a great location! 
Biltmore is a subdivision in the City of Rogers.  It is a typical single family subdivision with standard size lots and 2000-3000 sq. ft. homes.  The subdivision features nice looking rock, brick, and landscaped entry features, in desirable SW Rogers.  There are no through streets in the subdivision, for a quiet, safe, low traffic setting.  While it is Rogers city limits, it is in the desirable Bentonville school district.
