About Me/Our Company

My name is Clint Williams, I am President of CW Homes, Inc.  I incorporated the company in the summer of 2011, I previously operated as Clint Williams Construction.  I have been in the construction industry for my entire life; my father, grandfather and uncle are all contractors.  I have a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas with a major in Marketing.  I built my first complete home at the age of 19, in the summer after my first year of college.  I am an Arkansas licensed contractor, Lic.# 016628.  I am a good builder, I am not a good salesman, so I try to let our work and our customers do most of the talking.  I have a working knowledge of most every trade involved in home construction, and have physically done most of them.  I am not someone who just has to make phone calls and hope for the best.  I know what's going on when someone is doing work on your house.  I am on my job sites more than any builder I know or know of.  Every great builder has a team of great sub-contractors, and we are no exception.  They are all good people who know their job well, are qualified, experienced, licensed, insured, and share my commitment to producing a quality, long lasting product.  Our homes are much more than just another house to us, we view them as someone's home, a place they can be comfortable in and not have to worry about, or be disappointed with on a daily basis.  When confronted with the many decisions throughout the entire process, we often ask ourselves questions like, "would I want my home this way", or "would I do it like this in my own house", and there is always only one right answer in the end.  We use quality products, we do not automatically seek out and use the cheapest concrete, boards, shingles, flooring, etc. that we can find.  We also believe in buying products which are Made in the U.S.A. whenever possible.  American made products not only support our economy and country, but are generally of much higher quality and durability.  We want Made in U.S.A. in our houses, so we put it in yours.  We are not satisfied with something that will "get us through 1 year"; which is the basic warranty time frame that most builders adhere to.  We want something to last for many years.
